John Haigler, MPA (Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director)
John Haigler is originally from Dalton, Georgia. John received his B.S. in Political Science, Cum Laude as well as a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, Georgia. John has worked in behavioral healthcare and human services administration for 12 years in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Areas of expertise include addictions treatment, social services administration, regulatory compliance, organizational development, business analytics, human resources management, finance, and program management.
Scott Miles, M.D., (Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director)
Dr. Scott Miles was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He received his B.A. degree from The University of Indianapolis in 1979 with majors in Chemistry and Biology, and a minor in Mathematics. In 1984, he received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Finch University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School. Dr. Miles completed his residency training at The Cook County Hospital, Chicago Illinois, graduating in 1988. Dr.Miles is certified as an addiction medicine specialist by the American Board of Addiction Medicine and the American Board of Preventive Medicine. Dr. Miles is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Additionally Dr. Miles is a Human Intervention Motivation Study (HIMS) Aviation Medical Examiner. This certification grants Dr. Miles the ability to perform flight physicals as well as evaluate airmen for alcohol and substance use related disorders. Dr. Miles is also a certified Medical
Review Officer serving the Dept. of Transportation safety sensitive industries including the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Federal Railway Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, United States Coast Guard, and the Federal Transit Administration.
Jason Keating, CADC II (Chief Clinical Officer and Program Clinical Director)
Jason Keating was born in Dayton, Ohio to a military family, and raised in Colorado Springs. Colorado. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at the University of Cincinnati. Jason has spent the past 7 years working in addictions counseling as well as supervising teams of licensed chemical dependency counselors. Jason's areas of expertise include individual therapy, group therapy, staff clinical supervision, case management, treatment team management, and treatment planning.
Lynne Harris, LPC, LMHC, MPH (Professional Counselor)
Lynne Harris is a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years experience in behavioral healthcare. Lynne earned her Bachelors degree from Bryn Mawr College and completed her graduate education earning a Master of Arts in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University, Master of Public Health from Columbia University, and Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Marymount University. Lynne also holds a certificate in Art Therapy from George Washington University. Lynne's clinical experience includes a wide range of settings and populations including young children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups. Lynn has extensive experience and advanced training in Trauma.
